About Us
Mark left school and immediately studied for his plumbing and heating qualifications between 2011 and 2014 in Northamptonshire. After obtaining his qualifications, he was immediately employed by a reputable local plumbing firm and gained his initial experience in central heating installations, underfloor heating, bathroom refits, new build full installations and domestic drain unblocks.

In 2019, Mark moved to London to gain experience in the more complex mix of commercial and domestic drainage problems and congested sewer networks that only the city environment can offer. It was here that he discovered his passion for solving sewer and drainage issues and the experience gained was truly invaluable.
Mark returned to Northamptonshire in 2021 to start his own plumbing and drainage business and has been delivering the high standards he holds himself to ever since.

Mark's work ethic is summed up in three main ways...
ALWAYS HONEST
ALWAYS UPFRONT
ALWAYS RELIABLE

The truth is, plumbing work can sadly be a bit of an unknown, especially when it comes to sewer and drainage rectification or blockage clearing and also with the plumbing correction work that Mark enjoys.
In Mark's own words:
"If you're trying to sort out other people's mistakes, it usually isn't easy. But the reaction from the customer when I finally give them a clean, tidy and functional solution, exactly how it always should've been, is worth the hard work."

What you as the customer need to be sure of is that you have a plumber who will quote honestly and realistically from the start, but also who you can trust will communicate clearly with you if any complications are found, so you can make fully informed decisions after receiving honest and professional advice.

In Mark's own words:
"Whenever I can, I like to make sure the customer is shown the issue for themselves, then offer them the various options to resolve it, explaining the pros and cons of each. My aim is that when I leave, the customer understands what has happened and why, in addition to how it can be avoided in future. Obviously I want the customer to be telling others to use me in future, the last thing I want is a bad reputation, so it's in my best interest to deliver high quality, reliable results and I take pride in doing so, every time."
